Thread: Confessions of a drug store junkie

So Pinaud Clubman is by far my #1, favorite AS and has been for a couple of years. I also very much like their Bay Rum but I have yet to find a place locally that sells it whereas the local drug store chain carries the standard Clubman. Thing is, I also like two standard corner store staples, AquaVelva Musk and Old Spice Pure Sport . AquaVelva Musk has an almost silky feeling and the scent last a good long time compared to many other after shaves i've tried. Old Spice Pure Sport doesn't last quite as long as the AquaVelvet (or Clubman) but I do like the scent a lot.

I recently purchased some Proraso Green AS and I love the scent and feel of it after a shave but it seems to be gone within an hour. So with the local store drug store carrying Clubman, AquaVelva, and Old Spice I have a decent rotation sourced locally. I do admit there are many I see online that have caught my attention (Captain's Choice Bay Rum for one) but every time I'm at the drug store I reflectively grab another bottle of one of the three mentioned. It's gotten to the point where I have the 3 bottle assortment on my vanity shelf and another 4-5 in waiting in the basement cabinet. The worst part is with the holidays coming I'll have to deal with the big, shiny, fancy displays of the various AS products. .

Our local drug stores do not carry Pinaud but Sally's does. They also have Master Bay rum which is OK if you like bay rum.
