Thread: ROYALL brand aftershave

Hey guys, here's something I took as a note from my dad.
He used to always use Royall Spyce all purpose lotion, and the stuff smells amazing. It's from Bermuda, and it totally fits my idea of summer time (maybe because I'm used to smelling it on him). Plus it holds it's scent for a decent amount of time, yet isn't overpowering.
The bottle is beautiful, it comes with a nice cast pewter crown cap. Under the cap the hole in the bottle is pretty small, so the solution 'splashes' out, not pours out. In fact you can pretty much hold the bottle upside down without shaking, and it barely trickles out.
The bottles also come with an adapter that you screw on in place of the metal cap for spritzing.

After all this talk about Bay Rum aftershave and it's medicinal qualities for shaving I decided to try out their Bay Rhum scent. I'm not sure I'm as crazy about the smell of Bay Rum (or at least there idea of it, if there are variations on the smell), but I really love this company. If Bay Rum is your thing I HIGHLY suggest trying this stuff. And I definitely would recommend the Royal Spyce. They also make a Royal Lyme, and a Royal Mandarin which I have yet to try. I can't say enough good things about the stuff.

I've got the Royall Lyme and Spyce. They smell great (and the Mandarin is to die for) but none of them last very long on me. Still, they're great light summertime scents. I used the Spyce this morning, and it complements the lingering cedary aroma of the Trumper's Violet soap very well.
