Thanked: 1Need a reasonable after shave balm/gel
Looking for something in the $5/oz range (shipped). I'd like something maybe on the thicker side. For reference, what I'd love to find is something similar to Musgo Real glycerin after shave (gel maybe? it was in a tube, not the balm). Zillions of threads about favorite shave creams/soaps, not as many for after shave for some reason.

Nivea Sensitive aftershave balm is a performer in your price range. I don't know how it compares to Musgo Real in thickness, though. The Nivea balm is available in many drug stores.

Have used Nivea myself in the past and was well satisfied with it. Will seriously consider getting more in the near future as my other sources run out.

Thanked: 0I just wish Nivea was Unscented, smells like deodorant. Although it doesn't stick around long.

I like the original Afta. Good stuff and cheap.

Gentlemen,
Nivea is one of the better aftershave balms I have tried in that price range. Good stuff.

Thanked: 113Agree with the above posts, can't beat Nivea AS balm for less that $5.
Either one of these works well:

I love to use witch hazel, followed by Nivea.
