Old spice original recipe clone
Hi I keep looking for a clone of the original old spice but every dollar store / drugstore I have been to doesn't have any clones other than brut and aqua velva. Where can I find the closest to the original formula like my grandfather would have worn?????

Never seen a clone. Why not just buy Old Spice? I just bought a bottle at CVS Drug Store.

If you're looking for something close to the original formula, I've found that vintage Avon Spicy comes pretty close. It can be found pretty easily and cheaply on the internet, antique stores and yard sales.

I know what your talking about. I had found it at the dollar store a few years ago. They call it Spice. I was not impressed with it.
It's just Sharpening, right?

I grew up and started shaving when Old Spice was advertised on TV. To me the current Old Spice is near enough to the one from way back that I can't say there is much if any difference.

Maybe so. I have an old glass bottle and it smells and feels the same as the new stuff.

IMO, Old Spice original is.......Old Spice original.
Seems the same stuff it was 40 years ago?
Anyway, It's Old Spice. Not the worst nor the best.
