Default Is Trumpers worth the money?

So I see that Trumper's aftershave sells for about $52 for a little 4-ounce bottle. Is it worth it? What do y'all think?

If you like their scents, I think they are worth that price. They're in the same ballpark as other makers in that niche. If you're just as happy with something less expensive though.....

That's pretty close to the price of silver/ounce in November of 2007.

Let's hope it doesn't reach gold's price anytime soon. Personally, I prefer Old Spice.

I can't say whether or not the Trumper's is worth the money because I'm not in that tax bracket to be able to afford it.
That said, I like C&E's Nomad ASB , but even that I find a little expensive - I'm eagerly awaiting Colleen's launch of her AS lineup!

I don't think that I would personally spend the kind of money they ask for their aftershaves. After all,the scent is very fleeting in an aftershave and I'm sure there are aftershaves just as good for your face as Trumper's. Now their colognes are another story.I have no problem saying that their colognes are worth the prices.I have a couple of them and they are top notch. I feel the same about Penhaligons too.

Don't know about their aftershaves. But I have a 50ml bottle of the sandalwood Cologne and it's worth it three times over. My wife LOVES the stuff. and I'm very fond of it as well.

    Plus it lasts for EVER.

are you talking about the skin food? i like it, although the price you're quoting looks very steep, i remember half of that. i have the coral variety and it is a fairly decent rose, but not perfect, i.e. a bit artificial to me with a slight sweet note that i don't care much about. yet, i like it and use it often and i think it's very much worth the price i paid, esp. considering how little it takes. as far as i understand the formulation is fairly simple (certainly a plus in my book) and the product has been around for close to a century, so they clearly are doing something right. and if you mean some other aftershave that they have, i haven't tried it, so i can't comment.
