As far as local goes, GNC seems to be the place. Might be under deodorant though.

Before igot my alum block i used to rub the styptic pencil over my face and rub it in. Same effect but more pain :]

I have an alum on order from classic shaving. GNC is at the mall here, which is really painful to get to (traffic patterns are terrible) so I never go.

I expected bump stop to burn.... but it doesn't. But my aftershave burned like hell on my first shave?? Maybe I'm not using enough, or maybe they improved the formula, but it does seem to have reduced the bumps.
