Thread: making aftershave/face conditioner

so...thinking of making an aftershave, or something to assist in conditioning my face (dry climate+semi-sensitive skin) post-shave.

what's a good base?

i have rosewood, someone told me it was awesome for the skin, especially after a straight shave. i was also thinking perhaps a lavender witchazel.

rosewood oil+lavender withazel=good. or is there any suggestions that would help?

I did: Sweet Almond Oil+Aloe Vera+Alcohol+a couple of EO's+a squirt of Glycerine

It's excellent stuff.

I use Thayer's Witch Hazel +aloe vera + cornhusker's lotion + eucalyptus eo (just cause i like it cool).
