I feel that it is one interesting scent. There are times I like it alot and there are other times I don't like it at all. It is really an old time barber shop scent.

Speaking of faith I actually think of it as a sanctified aroma. Its my Sunday AS. The wife says it smells like baby powder. I like the clean fragrance.

I've used it the past couple of mornings since my posting (but had to go with Clubman this AM - just had that urge) and I'm liking the Lilac Vegetal again. There's really nothing else like it that I've ever tried.

Try Masters Lilac, its good stuff. You can find it several places but the cheapest I have seen it on line is at Atlanta Barber Supply for under $6.00.

I find the alcohal overpowering in some after shaves, and smell so much better after that has evaporated off. I haven't tried the Lilac Vegetal as I don't like the flowery scents, but maybe I will have to try it.

yea, an old time barbershop scent because it was cheap and could be bought by the gallons for almost nothing. I remember the barbershop I used to go to selling the stuff. I can see it now the Lilac vegetal next to the le schools hair trainer.

By the way I thing the stuff smells horrible.
