I prefer the traditional "home made" (actually it's not home made, but we call it that way) spirit, called "palinka". This is about 52 vol% of alcohol. It does burn Your throat, when You drink it at room temperature. (When i'm not mistaken, Gin is about 40vol%). Or try some wine at room temp. and at 12-14˚C-it won't burn, but tastes very different. Or some Stroh 80 (with 80vol% of alcohol.)

It is really burning Your throat!
(Not to mention, that if You drink Your Gin @30-35˚C it will burn!)

I think the menthol blast from that would be enough--you might be in pain if you chilled it! And putting Osage Rub in the fridge I think can be summed up by this smilie:
