can anyone suggest a good anti-perspirant deodorant?
greetings all!!
i am currently searching for a decent anti-perspirant deodorant and was wondering if anyone can suggested what brands are good and what brands should be avoided. ideally i am after something that will not leave marks on my shirts/t-shirts, does not contain aluminum and smells reasonably appealing.

Thanked: 155I am not sure you are going to find an effective anti-perspirant that does not contain aluminum; a deoderant maybe, but not an anti-perspirant. What is your particular issue with aluminum?

Thanked: 259there are a couple of brands out there. one is TOM'S sold at most walmarts and it comes in apricot and some other scents and no aluminum. also if you go to iherb.com and look up deodorant you will find some products that are made up with mineral salts. i have tried them and they work quite well but i found out i was allergic to the salts and had to quit using them. hope this helps

If you like/don't mind the smell of patcholi (Spelling?) then Kiss my Face makes a great one. It has Alum in it, same as you use on your face. Also there are a lot of discusions on B&B regarding using Alum itself. I haven't searched on here but could be a few threads.

The Patchouli is the only one I've used in the liquid rock form and it's great:

I'm not sure what the ingredients are, but the
best product that I've used is Mitchum Smart-
Solid in unscented. It doesn't have much of a
scent, and doesn't flake, stick, or clump.

Thanked: 1I was in the Amazon 2 months ago and was using an unscented aluminum anti perspirant. Usually sweat will drip down my sides in Canada, but over there, under the sun at 38 degrees Celcius + humidity, no sweats.
