I put this stuff on and it was reminiscent of the lemon aerosol furniture polish. I suppose that is more of a carrier, because soon afterwards, before I even got to work, it had settled down and smelled quite nice. The lemon peel odor was totally gone. I've kept a few other samples from them in the drawer for awhile because I couldn't stand them in the vial. I didn't think their Spanish Leather was on par with Truefitt & Hill's S.L. at first whiff, but it too settles down and is fantastic. I think I may snag a bottle of this one! Maybe my olfactory palate just isn't used to scents as complicated as these. So far, I liked maybe 10% of the Trumper samples in the vial. They all change after you've had them on a half hour, and luckily, they all get better! Maybe not so luckily for my bank account. Next line I'm dying to try is Penhaligon's. Over at SMF the seasoned noses rave about them. Any thoughts?
