    Default Aftershave Milk?

Does anyone have any experience with Aftershave Milk?

Just wondering how it differs from regular Aftershave, other than not having alcohol in it.

    Thanks in advance!

My understanding is that it is slightly thinner in consistency than balms, and it may not feel as greasy, especially in the summer, but I've never tried one, so I may be wrong.

I am currently using Mama Bear's Summer Aftershave Milk and it definately has a thinner consistancy than "normal" balms.

With the onset of summer here it does feel better in the morning, not as "heavy" as other balms I have used. Also, a little goes quite along way.

It depends on who makes it. Connaught's AS Milk is THICK. As is the Kanebo "Valcan" Skin Milk I'm using now. The Shave Den's is thinner. They are all really really nice.

They're generally more moisturizing and soothing, in my experience, than Alcohol based AS. I prefer them because the alcohol dries my face out something terrible.
