    Are there any retail locations in the Greater Toronto Area (preferably Etobicoke/Mississauga) that carry it?

    Pinaud makes a very nice and also inexpensive Bay Rum aftershave. I don't know about where you live but here in the US, some drug stores/pharmacies carry the Pinaud brand. Best of luck in your search. You could also ask your barber where he gets his supplies.

    I might be wrong, but isn't there a truefitt and hill in Toronto? I've only been to Toronto once and all I can remember is that it is one big town. I'm not sure if this is located near you or not, but it's worth a trip, they have a huge sampling counter and they carry many other manufacturers products.

    It's located at 40 King St. W. in the Scotia Plaza.
    I think It's in the underground shopping, but I'm not too sure.

    The only Pinuad products I ever see in drug stores is Clubman, and Lilac Vegetal. They're not bad, but they just aint Bay Rum!
