Thanked: 1195Since the main ingredient of Skin Food is rose water, yes, it should make a very fine match. But you never know until you try.
BTW - Since this thread is exactly 5 years old now I hope you aren't expecting any responses from the former participants. Most of them aren't active here anymore.....

I have samples of both the Coral and Sandalwood skin foods. They smell great but feel oily to me. I actually enjoy my alcohol infused Pinaud much better. My face feels refreshed and clean rather then moist and oily. That is just my opinion and their products are wonderful overall.

It was one of the first combinations that I ever used since I started (real) wet shaving. The Coral Skin Food is superb in the spring or summer months. It's not very moisturising, but it's a very mild combination of alcohol, menthol, glycerine and rose water.
I've personally gone off it lately. It really is great, but the gum resin that it contains (well, I guess it must be that), leaves my face in some stringy-white residue. Hard to describe but looks like my skin is peeling off the upper layer (even though I know that's not the case).
Nonetheless, yes it goes superbly with the Rose soap.
