I don't use moisturizers, they are just overpriced oil/water emulsions. I do use my own mix of oils to condition my face.

I like the Sharps products. sharpsusa.com Their moisturizer is really nice

Their moisturizer has an SPF of 15. This is fine for just driving to work, working, and driving home. Personally, I like to use more sunscreen over this if I plan on being outside for a long time.

    Default Matte For Men

Im new here and saw your post. Ive been using the product you asked about...Matte For Men Complete Face and Head Care Lotion for 2 years now. Here's why its better than the products mentioned...

    1) Its a moisturizer, SPF 25, and shine reducer all is one.
    2) Its not sticky like other spf products

When I found the line they had just 2 products but they must be doing something right as theve grown to 7 and were just in the NY Times in a story:

The product is worth a look...

I can highly recommend Peter Thomas Roth Ultra-Lite Oil-Free Sunblock SPF 30. A bit pricey, but I've been using it for years and it has great water-binding properties, and a thin non-oily finish that you won't notice minutes after applying.
Correction: actually, they're calling it "Uber-dry Sunscreen SPF 30" now.

to revive this thread.. i found a tube of body shop moisturizer with spf under the bathroom sink this morning.. i havn't a chance to shave yet and will probably wait till noon or 1pm when the day is at it's hottest..

i did throw on the moisturizer anyway though.. it's very light and lovely.. and i'm liking it so far..

however.. only an application after a fresh shave can really tell..

anyway.. it's from the body shop.. "soy and calendula soothing moisturizer with spf 15" says it's for dry/sensitive skin.. i have neither.. but so far i'm digging it.
