Colleen's Moss and Oak A/S
Got a bottle of Moss and Oak aftershave from colleen over the weekend and thought I'd give my two cents. Very nice bottle, with a tiny little cork waxed over. Unfortunately the bottle had leaked a tiny little bit and the wax on the cork was rubbing against something and splintered up. It must have gotten soaked in a little bit of the leaking aftershave and ended up making the wax very crumbly, so I ended up having to peel most of the wax off since it was so crumbly. Too bad because it looked VERY cool
As for the scent... this is a very "old timey" scent, smells like my grandpa or smells like an old style barbershop. It's clean and light, simple. Not a real deep meaty scent which makes it perfect, in my mind. Roxane wasn't too keen on it in the bottle but when I put it on she sniffed my neck, her eyes lit up and she started to purr so that's definitely two thumbs up She decided that I was right, it smelled very "old fashioned" to her (different "old fashioned" than bay rum, obviously). It's also very light, you have to be right on top of me to smell it (and that's the way men's aftershave should be, IMO... you have to invade my personal space in order to smell it).
It's got a bit of a sting, not real sharp though, after the shave. I'm in the "I like a little bit of sting" camp myself. Maybe my skin is just getting a bit tougher. Splashed it on and patted it into my skin and it stopped the itch from my C&E sienna soap *immediately*. Soothed my skin right away. Very nice feel to it.
All in all, I have to give this two thumbs up. It's a nice light masculine scent, clean and fresh and bright without being heavy. It's very soothing on the skin and it's definitely something I'll enjoy using.

Colleen's Orange Patchouli AS
This stuff is quite nice. I'll definately be adding
it to my rotation of AS's.

I have some of the bath soap in that scent. Smells like a forest....my wife is not a big fan of it though.

My fiancee has now decided she doesn't like it because it makes me smell like an old man. I still dig it though
(I'm guessing saying "I dig <something>" probably doesn't help me in the old man argument, come to think of it).
