I used a bottle of it. You can sometimes find it in pharmacies that cater to the Hispanic population. To me, it smells just like Hot Tamales candy.

If it the stuff described in the blurb below .... I like it and think it is well worth it. Buy one and try it and if you like it stock up. Seems to be going for two seventy five and up on the web. I've been using it off and on for years.
"Use Florida Water Cologne like Holy Water for cleansings, good luck and protection. As an astringent and skin lotion Murray & Lanman's Florida Water acts with pleasing effects. It contracts with the pores and tones-up the skin leaving it with a feeling of freshness and radiance."Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 1185I keep a bottle in my shave cave all the time. It took me quite a while to find a source locally but finally did find it at a Mom and Pop Mexican grocery store in Largo. Definitely worth keeping around.

Florida Water
Gentlemen:
Yes, Florida Water, has all sorts of magical powers. So the story goes. It's an old barbershop liquid gold. That and Hoyt's Cologne are in the same general neighborhood. Good stuff.
