samples?
Does anyone know where I can get tester samples from. I have suffered from migraines since I was about 13 and have to be careful what I wear as far as scents. I had a bottle of Aqua di geo and within just a few minutes I had a migraine that made me consider venting my forehead with a 44 magnum, I gave it to my brother. I hold my breath walking by a perfume counter and Yankee candle stores. I dont want to spend a lot of money on something I cant wear.

Trumpers sell samples of their colognes, and I think Penhaligons do as well. It might be worth dropping them an email to ask about their ingredients and if they make hypoallergenic colognes.

If you are allergic to these scents.
Just do not use any form of afther shave.

I guess it could be considered an allergic reaction, but its not all aftershaves. I use Clubman, Old spice, English leather, a homemade aftershave, and a couple others. Mostly stuff from Wal-mart, as I am just starting this endeavor, still waiting for my first straight. And dont get me wrong i love the ones I have been using, but as my dad said variety is the Old Spice of life. I just have to experiment.

These two provide cologne samples and also shaving creams, for when you get your straight.
Geo F Trumper - Sample Pack - Geo. F. Trumper Sample Pack
Truefitt & Hill - Truefitt Sample Pak Cream & Cologne
I have tried all 7 colognes in the Trumper sampler, and the scent is not very strong, so perhaps this would help about your migraines.
