Castle Forbes Cologne

Does anyone have their cologne? I asked them if they will send me some samples of their aftershave and colognes so hopefully they will. I just wanted to see if anyone has this and what do they think.

The lather from their shave cream was awesome. I like 10 swirls I had a super thick blob of lather built up. It was nice. I love the scent also.

They sent me samples of the colognes when I requested them. It was a few months ago.

It seems they aren't eager to hand out samples. I offerd to pay for shipping but didn't hear back. I'll email again and see what happens.

You might want to be a bit more patient, give it a couple of weeks or so. It is my understanding that Castle Forbes is a VERY small shop and has been known to close up and go on vacation (or whatever) and not be heard from for a month or more at a time. Even their retail distributers may not hear a response to queries for an extended period.

Id be interested in hearing more about them and their size...it seems that the smaller these places are the better their products often are.... where did you hear about this Ed?

Ed hit the nail on the head. They are a VERY small operation in Scotland, I believe not more than a few people altogether. I urge you to be patient with them. If they responded saying they would send you samples, then they will....eventually. It will be worth the wait.
