    Lightbulb RazoRock aftershave wax?

In a different post, someone had mentioned the razorock line of products, whe browsing on their site I saw the testimonials and description of their aftershave wax, just wondering if anyone here has tried it? And if so any thoughts?

That's the one RazoRock product I don't yet have...so far, everything they've put forth has been an A+ product. It will definitely be in my next cart. For the few I know who have tried it, it seems to be received favorably.

Which other of their products have you used, and is there anything you recommend above all?

    Hi Josh,

I own all 4 of the cream/soaps (original, cacao, XXX and Fresco), the alum block and the natural shave gel.

The creams/soaps are simply amazing...especially at their price. I've tried far more expensive creams and soaps, and these are right up there, if not better than most. They're a little softer than the typical "italian soft-soap" (think Proraso tubs, Cella, Vitos, etc...), so the manufacturer's classification as a "hard cream" seem appropriate. They lather like champs, and provide amazing cushion and glide. They also smell fantastic.

The alum block is an alum block, however, the plastic "holder" it comes in is a nice variation (and greatly prevents slippage when handling).

The shave gel...I've only used so far as a preshave, however, it feels very slick to the touch, and I'm looking forward to trying it as a stand-alone. Perhaps I'll do that tomorrow morning and post back with my results.

Let me know if you have any further questions!

I have the XXX cream and it is very good and smells great . Have the after shave wax too . The wax works very well , to be honest the scent is different . Not that I don't like it , just that it seems a stark contrast to the shave cream . If you order any of the soaps try here

RazoRock - Italian Barber Online Shaving Supplies

and ask them to throw in a small sample of the AS wax .

The reason I bring all of this up, Is because I wanted to try somethin different then my normal go to ASB which is the Nivea sensitive. Does the wax actually soothe and moisturize like it claims? All this talk definitely has me yearning for fathers day, any other great ideas for a nice ASB?

For me , the RR A/S wax absorbs well and isn't greasy like the Nivea (at least the Nivea I'm using in Japan ) . Tell you what , I could send you a small sample to soothe or confirm your fears ! Let me know if your interested .

    Cheers,

    Scott
