    Default looking for a refill

Hello gentleman. I've been using a bottle of Stetson aftershave and am starting to get low. My dad had it from when he used to shave, so it's older than I am (I'm 18 and my dad hasn't shaved since since before I was even thought of). I tried a newer bottle and it just doesn't smell the same. So I've been looking for a replacement. I like the slightly spicy, woodsy smell with a kind of musky base. do any of yall have any ideas for a suitable replacement in the $30ish price range? I can't do balms, but I like the alcohol burn. Thanks for your help folks, I wish you all smooth shaves and cool drinks.

Might not be the same, but try Pinaud Clubman. Plenty burn, and awesome scent.

I've been thinking about it and the old spice but I wasn't sure about the scent.

Ogalalla Bay Rum, Sage & Cedar is great stuff. Has a hint of the bay rum sweetness with a good bit of spice and wood coming through.

4 oz Genuine Ogallala Bay Rum Aftershaves

Although you might as well buy the sample pack of 2nd bottles to try some variety.

Keep in mind an aftershave that old might have altered a bit so it's hard to know how it originally smelled after all those years.

Thanks Gents. thebigspendur i honestly hadn't thought of that, all I know is the new stuff smells completely different to me. It's funny the girls tell me I smell like an old man, but they dont seem to mind enough to go away or for that matter stop taking such deep breaths around me. :-)

My friend, for you I'd recommend Tabac, which can be had for well under $30. If you like the classics you'll like Tabac

+1 for the Pinaud Clubman. Only about $7.00 at the local drug store.

    Devilpup,

Go to the fragrancenet website. They list several men's colognes with a cent similar to Stetson, including British Sterling, Jordan and Ferrari Black.

You can most likely find these colognes at your local drugstore, Target, Wal-Mart or department store and try some with a tester before purchasing an alternative.
