Thanked: 2Cirmes tonsorial parlour absinthe
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?...type=3&theater
Has anyone had anything to do with this cologne? I love the look of the bottle but as I'd be ordering it online it's difficult to sample it before buying.
For that reason I wondered if anyone had tried it and what they thought of it.
My only thing would be it could possibly use maybe half a drop of colouring to make it green like proper absinthe, but I love the look of the bottle, looks really proper old school 19th century bohemian.
I reckon it'd look just right on my shelf of shaving goodies.

IIRC, some absinthes are yellow, so yellow food coloring might work as well.

Thanked: 2they might, I have a witchazel tonic that has a nice greenish hue that I'm sure I could mix in but unfortunately it's a bit of a moot point, the guy who makes the stuff won't post outside the US.
Kind of defeats the purpose of advertising on the WORLD wide web in my humble opinion but oh well, it's his loss of a sale.
I have managed to track down some "laudnum" aftershave by cirmes, but on the Madame Scodolioli label so hopefully that'll be good when it gets here.

Thanked: 0They ship internationally! I have friends in London and Russia that have ordered. You just have to message them to get a shipping quote for where you live. I like Sapera, Absinthe, and Montenegro. If you like tobacco scents, the Monsieur Jameson is good, but be warned, it smells sweet like pipe tobacco, with the smell of burning wood and sawdust. Intriguing, just not suitable for me.
