Penhaligon's Opus 1870
Revisiting this from a sample from few years back and the verdict is still no full bottle. It's warm and woodsy with a bit of pepper but the vintage gucci pour homme is in the same spectrum with much more pronounced pencil-shaving notes which make it a real stand out, and in comparison opus is just good generic.
