Great stuff Ernestrome, yeah poteen (I always thought it was spelt like that) will certainly mess you up good and proper! It is rocket fuel.

Ilija, does you uncle use a proper still to do the distillation? Does he throw away the first distillate that comes off (this is supposed to contain methanol that will make you go blind)? im not sure how much you have to ger rid of though or how many times you have to distill it. I know whisky is distilled around 3 times.
