    He's right. Best if you don't use everyday and you need to be really careful but a little of the ointment on the bags shrinks the blood vessels ( just like it does on the other end(:-(. But don't get it in your eyes!! It can really cause problems!!
    Better to look for one of the creams that does the same and won't blind you!
