    Default Thayers Witch Hazel.com experience?

    Hello all,

    On october 20th I purchased some witch hazel from http://www.thayerswitchhazel.com/index.php/
    I paid my order with paypal but haven't heard from them since.
    I've sent them a mail a couple of days ago but still no reply.

    I was wondering if somebody already ordered from that site and how did it go?

    You shouldn't hear anything bad about anyone's order experience here, as I'm under the assumption that any negativity towards any vendors would be frowned upon here, if even tolerated at all. It sounds like a technical issue to me, could be on yours or their end, but my advice would be to try & contact them via telephone. Good luck, & I hope your problem gets rectified and you receive your witch hazel in due time.

    I've ordered from them before and had no problems. However I'll tell you a little secret. I found they charge list price for their items and top dollar for shipping and a handling fee above that. Now I buy from Vitacost where you can get around a 30% discount and reduced shipping fees. Now the last time I ordered directly from Thayer was over a year ago so unless they have changed....

    By the way no problem with discussing vendors as long as it's just informational stuff. Of course complaints about them of a bashing nature is of course verboten.

    If you purchased through PayPal you should be safe. If after the allowed time (check PayPal website) you've still heard nothing, file a claim with PayPal and ask for your money back.

    If you do have a problem try to look around for it in health food shops. that's where i'v always found mine and even if they don't have it in stock many places will order it for you
