Brut
I am going to ask a sad Q does anybody still use "Brut " products body " Splash it all over" or the after shave I remember when I was a teenager it was all the rage Girls loved the smell and at the time it was quite expensive I even watered it down when it was coming near to the end of the bottle Then it seemed to fall by the wayside Then became a bit of a joke. If you used it you where classed as " Medallion Man " with your shirt opened to your navel and wearing dark shades that covered half your face and a thick gold type chain round your neck with a massive big medallion hanging from it. Is it still being made and what do today's men think of it.

I still use it as it is cheap here in Australia and often heavily discounted at the supermarkets. NOT my favourite by a long shot.

I was using there deodorant for awhile was a good product. Tried something new last time and will probably go back once I am done.
As for the AS tried it when I first really got into SRs and my wife was like it reminds me of my uncle so that quickly got put in the trash.

I still like Brut and use it from time to time. It is quite strong and I apply it sparingly so as not to remind anyone of "Medallion Guy".

Thanked: 1263It's part of my A/S rotation. Nice and cheap, the smell reminds me a little bit of Clubman with a twist.

I am intentionally avoiding posting in this thread...
Well that worked did it not?
I still have some from back in the day and now I am wondering if it is still any good,
I do like it but so many tried to take a bath in it back when it was popular.
I may have to put my nose to it again.

Brut products are cheap enough in my area.
I've tried the deodorant, aftershave balm, and splash. The deodorant and splash were OK; I eventually moved on to better products. I was using the aftershave for over a year, but stopped when they changed the recipe. I moved on to other aftershave lotions and balms with less alcohol in them. You can take the boy out of NY, but you can't take NY out of the boy.
