Yup, Royall makes a Mandarin aftershave/cologne which is reasonably priced but hard to come by. It's actually marketed as an "all purpose lotion".

Other than that, you could try a search for neroli, which is very much orange-based. But be warned, neroli colognes/EdT's are nice but usually very pricey. I was lucky enough to sample Castle Forbes neroli a couple years ago, and that went for well over $200 a bottle IIRC.

You could also try this as far as a neroli based aftershave. But as Ryan already stated...they aren't cheap.

I would really advise against the Royall Mandarin... it's a very synthetic scent and smells nauseating to my nose. FragranceX is where I managed to get a sample, if you really want to go for it...

There are better things out there, but I find the best mandarin scents can be found blended with other notes. There is also eShave, which makes a good mandarin soap and balm (not a lotion though!).

I've used the Royall. I thought it was very natural smelling. The issue was the scent was overpowering.

I picked up a sample of Czech & Speake Neroli last year and was pretty pleased with it, it's a nice summer scent.

Well, to be fair I've never tried it nor smelled it, I was simply pointing out its existence lol
