My first razor (after 2 times with a Gold Dollar someone gave me) bought, learned to shave proper with this one. A Herder 7/8 round point full Hollow.

Have a few more now though! 😀

I bought this about 28 years ago.
It's the second razor I bought my first was a Spanish Stainless steel blade 5/8 if memory serves..
That particular raxoris long gone .
However I gave this Dovo to my Brother & He's had it for years its now closer to 5/8 than 6/8. & he had been using it to trim feathers when he was making his arrows.
I am going to have quite a bit of time ony hands for the next 10 weeks or so due to radiotherapy & recovery.(stage 4prostrate cancer).
I'll post it in the restores forum when I've finished
    Cheers Guys

Paul, that is a splendid looking razor.

I will be sure to mention you in prayer for a speedy and full recovery. I so hate that "C" word.

Thanks my friend ,the prognosis is good I am lucky they have caught it in time it's just spread across the pelvic area & hasn't gone into the bones or the lymphatic system.
I have just got to go through the treatment &recovery .
    Thanks for your prayers.

Good luck and nausea free recovery Paul!
I personally recommend big mac's and orange Julius's post treatment, as they go down easy and have like a million calories when you need em. Helped my mother in law keep her weight, and strength up.
Looking forward to seeing the results of the restore as that's a gorgeous blade.
    Cheers.
