Well yes, these 9/8 razors aren't featherlight. A 1/4 grind is a minimum here, or you get muscle pain between two passes

First shave with my Jenes razor today. Really nice.
FYI the stones are just a backdrop, the razor came perfectly honed by Sandor.
He also included some camellia oil and some chocolate

7/8 traditional grind (asymmetcial) kamisori in Damascus steel (Vladinox Russia). It arrived perfectly honed (Ozuko Kiita Jnat finish) and shaves great (I just have to keep the spiked nose and heel under control
).
