Check out the pic of my silver combined with India steel pic below- I've never seen such a notch on any other W&B... But it was factory.., I also have multiple India steel sway backs.... All have completely different notches, all are original.

Not making a judgment call, just a guess. I was going more on the shape of the thumbnotches - they look a bit crude for Wade and Butcher, and that I've handled a few double thumbnotch razors that were roughly ground post-factory. But that's certainly not to say they didn't exist, and it's hard to tell for sure. On the India steel razor, that style of hollow point appears a lot on the older models of WB, Greaves, Rodgers. It's one of my favorite points.
