    Agreed. W/o blade in hand it hard to make the judgment call.

    Thanks frank- no it's not a faux frameback at all, Just a wedge with some interesting notch and tang work+ 'silver combined with India steel' which we discussed on the forum s bunch if times.

    Thanks JL - either way, it's a great looking razor, and looks like it would be a pleasure to shave with! I'm downstairs in about an hour to give my 9/8 W&B cleaver a small workout...cheers!
