Sorry I didn't see your post... but thanks a lot Hoglahoo. You are an amazing truth teller: simple but scary... how accurate: she is a really nice blade I get from an ebay auction from a member here some time ago; I really like her curves, but she was my first French point and my first ear cut...

    Manah, thanks!

I like that notched blade in the lower left with the light colored horn!

    Default BUTCH

Here is my 8/8" W&B FOR BARBERS USE. (I named him "Butch" today.)

This one was waiting around for a nice custom restoration. I gave it a quick cleaning yesterday (I was bored), and I immediately fell in love with it's old school charm--all natural patina, original horn scales, and brass bullseye pinning. (It has a crack on one bottom scale, but it's solid.)

Needless to say, this one will NOT get any custom features. It's perfect just the way it is. =)

(I've included the before and after photos.)

    Thanks,
    Christopher

I think that's about as restored as it needs to be. Nice one.
