I could easily be wrong about the razor being German made. I was going by blade style and a hunch. Yes, it could be just marked with the retailer.

Made in THIERS in the 1950s. The maker is François Chaussiere whose initials appear on the blade

Hey fellas, I'd like to ask a question

I really love Swedish made razors, their steel is superb, I've got a few but they're very hollow ground and I prefer a little heavier grind

Is there a specific Swedish maker that made razors leaning more towards a wedge-y style grind?

(of lesser importance but, I prefer smaller blades, think 4/8 or even smaller, I know Swedes usually didn't make very large blades so that's probably a non-issue)

    Yes the MK 22, 23 are wedges, 24 is a 1/4 hollow .
    Google heljestrand size chart.
It will correlate number to grind and size of blade.

Received a nice little box today

A 7-day set, consisting of 2 brands 6 heljestrands and 1 soderen, I believe this was a custom ordered set, it has different razors and blades, but the scales all match and are made of some sort of horn I believe

You're in luck Tristan, quarter hollow 4/8 razors are among the most common Eskilstuna razors. Hellberg, Berg, Heljestrand and Neiström made them by the boatload and they can be had for very reasonable prices.

I prefer the Hellbergs, as they had a type of razor with a Spanish point.

I have a couple of Hellberg framebacks now and gotta say they're marvelous shavers, probably my favorite shave to date!

I really prefer how they feel and their smaller size

    Two turtles:

    - C.V. Heljestrand 42, 13/16, 1/4 hollow

    - C.W. Dahlgren, 5/8, frameback

(lucky eBay gamble, out-of-focus pics., impossible to tell condition etc, but turns out little/no hone wear)
