It's a W Greaves Sons Fencing Foils 9/8. Restored and made even more beautiful by Traveller. From about 1835.

That's a familiar looking razor. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine. I'm not much for wedges, but my Greaves performs like such a champ, it is my number two razor after my W&B.
