The other Boker only had one scale attached, and it was broken. So, I re-scaled it with scales I made from Ebony (used replacement DOVO pins).

I would like to polish them up, but really don't know where to begin.

I would also like to know more about the razors themselves (production date, etc.)
Wow. The Lord blessed you that day and you did a great job on the rescale. As far as polishing them up there is a wealth of information on the forums and in the wiki here at SRP. Personally, I like them just the way they are, but some gentle rubbing with compound like Mothers or Maas would sure bring out the shine and quality look. Proceed with due caution and you should be fine.

The dates of manufacture are always sketchy, but with Bokers there are some indicators.

One of the "American Line SS St Louis" design. Nothing fancy, and a far cry from some of the beautiful blades pictured here, but it took a keen edge and shaves very well.

Just touched it up a bit more with fine paper. I think that's as far as I'll go. Don't want to destroy the engraving, or the patina.
