Hmmm... As I've actually had experience with that guaranteed forever thing. Sears / Craftsman modus operandi is to take the tool, look at it, and then tell you whether you can go grab a replacement out of their current stock in the store. What are the odds that any Sears store in the whole US has any Craftsman razors in stock???
