    It is a Tanifuji...they are some of the best

    You didn't tell me that when you first honed it. . But I've rehoned it since and found it to be really cooperative and a great shaver.

    The western Iwasakis were sent to Tanifuji for finishing work and scales, that speaks a lot about the reputation of the brand.

    I was 50/50 on this razor until it got a super nice edge. I love it now. The size is really nice, really maneuverable.
