Thread: Japanese Straights

I waited for a long time:









A Hoshi Tombo 8000 in NOS condition. It arrived yesterday and I had to sharpen it in the evening. This morning then a great shave.
Noteworthy is the sharpness that I generated on the Nakayama.
The blade corresponds to a semi hollow grinding and has a symmetrical geometry of the blade.
A beautiful addition to my modest little collection.
