Thanks - but as with many things razor related, I blame Jamie, and you as well Richard for causing a loud "ping" on my RADar frequently ....:-)

Well said Andrew I'll back you all the way, you can use that one as a free get out of Jail card whenever you Wife calls into question how much you are spending on your straight razors, just tell her blame Jamie from Wales in the UK it's all his fault.

She seen SRP and how members are from all over the world - thinks it's very cool - being she is 1st generation Canadian, she'd say fine, "Can we go visit Jamie in Wales? You boys can play with your razors, I'll go tour around the old country!!" :-)

Phrank, is that from the New York seller? If so, I got one of the smiling Iwasaki's from him a while back. The tang has the marking painted on, but they were under a layer of patina/tarnish, so I got it for $50 because the seller couldn't read the markings Shaves awesomely!! Just ordered a NOS Cherub and a Hasegawa from him tonight, too I gotta get my Japanese razors cleaned up and a pic taken one of these days! They are quickly becoming my Go To razors!
