The scales are from a Kikuboshi, another Japanese brand

Does anyone here read Japanese? I'm curious to know what the tang reads (other than, perhaps, EXTRA VERY HARD).
(In the case that it might read TWO GOLDEN MEN / PAKISTAN, please feel free to remain silent.)
