I am sitting here reading this thread because I love Genco razors, and all of the sudden I see your 9/8ths and my mouth literally started to water up. I now have to find one of those. It is my life goal now.Quote:

Yeah, that thing is definitely a rarity. I hope that they were produced and sold... At least two more, anyway. That way Ryan and I can each stumble across one.
Perhaps it was a prototype made just before they were taken over by Case?
I have a number of Geneva/Genco blades. Most all are 6/8 since that is my preference for shaving. This is my only 7/8. A late blade I believe based on the logo. One small pit you can see on the blade face is the only flaw. Too deep to mess with. Scales are Murasaki (purple) acrylic, a faux Ivory acrylic wedge and brass pins and collars. I recently put a rip fence on my band saw so cutting these 1 inch acrylic blanks to size is much easier now.
