I have 3 very nice looking Geneva's. One is an Army/Navy Geneva, plain Geneva, & a smiling Geneva.

Hope I am posting this in the right place.
Wanting to get a Genco De Roma & I came across this one.
But it appears to be stamped on the opposite sides of every other Genco I've seen.
Could this be a "Left Handed" razor - or do you guys think it's a knock-off??
    Opinions would be very appreciated.

Real deal, that. Mine, however, is not the same. Yours may well be an early production, whereas mine was made later when they discovered they could put the whole thing on one side and save a step.

Trust me in that if someone were to do a 'knock-off' of a razor, it would likely not be a Genco, but something a lot more expensive!

Excellent info. Thank you Sharpton. I just made the guy an offer. Maybe I'll get lucky.

Keep in mind that your early example is a bit worn. Older celluloid was a bit sketchy. Seems the bolsters are unattached and the scales have shrunk. Not too much, now!
