Greaves, Pauldrons, and Gauntlets
Not the most clever name, but whatever - this forum needs a club for Greaves razors.
Here are a few of mine; more to come when I have a chance to take fresh pictures.

Hey,justacat, did you just get this from ebay on a BIN?I had seen one exactly like that newly listed, added it to my watch list, came back to look at it again,it was sold very reasonably on a BIN I didn't even notice.I wanted to bang my head against the wall cause I missed seeing the BIN.

Just gotten off of the bay out of Iowa Item number:180461406048 . I may have been fortunate in the seller spelling Greaves "Graves" so that it didn't come up in searches. According to Robert Doyle in Collecting Straight Razors it is rare to find an intact double case. These lovely Greaves & Sons Silver Steel etched blades look virtually new as do the scales and the case. The full wedge blades look to have never been honed and measure 15/16 at the widest point. Looking forward to the shave once I hone one up.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
