    The razor was made by Grah & Plümacher, Solingen-Weyer in 1922 and 1925,
    Brüderstrasse 25 in 1939 and 1983.
    Trademarks: "Feinklang", "Silver Ring", "The Gael", "The Gotta".

    I restored an original vintage Boker with the exact scales as that W.H Morley is there any connection between those makers?

    Probably not, but the scales were the same.
    Such scales you can find on some other razors too.
    Some scales models were made on the own factory, some models were gotten from other companies.
    It was a usual practice of those days.
