I knew there had to be a club for someone who turns out razors like Charlie's. I love how so many of his designs have that raw unfinished look in the tang and the spine. And to whoever got the big smiley one with twist in the tang, I'm jealous.

Charlie Lewis razors are the most beautiful custom razors of all, according to my opinion, especially the primitive ones.

I would like to ask the ones who use them how do the shave and if they are easy to hone.

I have a couple razors from Charlie and they hone up just fine and dandy for me.
They are shavers, no question about that.
Properly honed they deliver a smashing shave.

This is the Charlie Lewis razor I have in my collection. Fantastic shave every time. Love the design as well.
