I can't believe more Bartmann razors aren't proudly on display in the club!! I guess I need to resurrect the club and put up my two.

The first is a 89 High Class Extra Manganese Steel (13/16, full hollow) and the second is a 100 High Class Manganese Steel (11/16, full hollow). They're quickly on their way to becoming my favorite pair of razors.

I did an image search. I've never heard of a 505, but saw that unlike the 504, it has no scrollwork on the spine. A plain spine.

Go to page three of this thread to see an example.

As Dimitry posted, I also noticed a great deal of Bartmanns are to be found over here in Belgium, it's an interesting given.
I checked a couple of sites and easily found 5 Bartmanns listed, of course they all fetch a serious price and Belgian and Dutch SR shavers seem VERY aware of this, it's too bad they can't be had for a relatively decent price anymore.

I inherited a Bartmann and would love to get a couple more, but the prices shoot up way too fast

This is the bartmann I own, it says 505 On the blade it says souvenir Coln ( a Germany city I think) and there is an etching of an cathedral. But the etching is very faint
