    So, a relatively young company. Still don't see many for sale, just the same one or two on ebay that are way overpriced and no one is buying.

    I have these lovely razors coming in the mail next week. Both seem to be 504 but one is Best silver steel the other Manganese Steel. Does anybody have some info on the diffrences between both razors? Why one is made with diffrent steel.

    From what little I can find out from googling, silver steel is the term given to steel that has chromium added and the manganese steel has more manganese added. The chromium gave the steel that shiny silver-like look. If my Bartmann with manganese steel is any example, the manganese makes for very shiny, stainless steel-like look, as well.

    Yes, they do look better than the earlier pics. Nice catch. Were these from ebay? I can only find the same two razors for sale for too much for the last few months.

    I got them of a Belgian second hand site. They were on there for about a month so I thought they would be gone but they were still not sold. I made an offer to the seller for both and that is how I got them. Couldn' be more happy. .
