Thread: Excellent Condition BOKER 6/8 'King Cutter' - Square Point, NO HONE WEAR, Gold Etch

Here for sale is a vintage Boker 'King Cutter' (not a recently produced Boker) with a 6/8 blade, the original black plastic scales and the original red boker box complete with oil paper lining. '1927' on the tang however I cannot say for sure if this is the year of manufacturer or not.

This razor has no visible hone wear - I believe it has never been used. Edge is straight and totally undamaged. Not shave ready - factory edge has not been shave tested.

The gold plated etch has been tarnished by a fingerprint at some point during its life - this did not happen while in my possession. This does not effect the performance of the razor and can either be appreciated as is or lightly polished to remove the gold while retaining the etch. Re-plating services exist however I will leave that decision up to the new owner. Some other very minor patches of discoloration where the blade meets the scales at the tip and around the tang.
