Thread: FS: Lot A - 5 Straight Razor Blades for Restoration

Due to a tighter budget and even tighter time restraints I am purging a lot of items I never got around to doing anything with.

This is 1 of 4 lots of straight razor blades. These are being sold as is, and are NOT shave ready...

Would be great practice for the new restorer looking to practice cleaning up blades, making scales, or even using a new buffer.

Price is $50 for the lot of 5. Will not break up lot. $6.50 shipping in CONUS. Includes insurance and tracking. Will ship out of CONUS, please contact for prices.


Lot A
1. 5/8" Square point, Wm Elliot Made in Germany
-Surface rust and patina, medium even hone wear, edge looks good

2. 5/8" round point, Made in Germany, Solinger
- Cleaned up in past, still has some pitting. light hone wear, pitting near edge but is clean bevel.

3. 5/8+ Square tip Bengall,
- Heavier hone wear at tip, some pitting near tip on spine area. Clean bevel

4. 4/8 round tip, unknown maker
- light patina, no hone wear, clean bevel.

5. 4/8"+ square tip, Pippin, Bauer MFG Co San Francisco, Made in Germany
- Light hone wear on heel end slightyle heavier going into the toe. Couple spots that may have pits, but a clean razor. Clean bevel.
